Wednesday night, Bob came down with a high fever and a cough, congestion, etc. (thankfully four days later his fever finally broke!). Friday afternoon, Bellie started to get a fever and cough. Saturday, her fever spiked to 105 degrees, so I took her in to Urgent Care.

I knew she wasn't feeling well because she just wanted to sleep.

I found creative ways to entertain her.

After awhile, she shed her socks and boots and said she wanted to look at her toes.

The doctor said it was allergies and gave her amoxicillin. While we waited at the pharmacy she fell asleep in my arms.

She broke her fever on Sunday and though she still has a terrible cough, she seems to be starting to feel better.

Bobby started feeling feverish Sunday night before bed. He woke up at 4:30am wheezing and just having a terrible time breathing. We put him in a steam bath twice and headed to the doctor around 11am. The doctor gave him a steroid shot and breathing treatment and said he needed to be taken to the hospital. She asked if we thought we could get to the hospital faster than an ambulance. Psssh.

Poor baby has been admitted to the hospital with Influenza A (respiratory flu) and croup. His breathing has slightly improved. He only wants his daddy though.

I am waiting to see if I have the flu, too. Ilya had a fever yesterday. The girls stayed with Aunt Becky last night. So, we are 5 for 5 being sick since Wednesday. It's been rough, but I'm so thankful for our Great Physician.
