Happy Halloween from Elsa, Anna, and Superman!
It was 75 degrees on Monday night, so we took the kids downtown for a trick-or-treating event. It was so busy and the lines were so long. We ran into some friends who let us cut in line, thankfully, so the kids were able to get a few pieces of candy. They loved it!
Tuesday night, there was another trick or treating event at a local outlet mall. The weather was a little bit cooler, but still warm enough to be enjoyable. The kids got a few more pieces of candy and had a great time.
Last week we made some Halloween cookies, last night we carved the pumpkin and today we watched "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown". Lots of fun family time together. The weather today has been pretty chilly and it even snowed. Bob took the kids door-to-door for about a half hour and then we went to the Halloween party at our church. The kids have had so much fun this week, and Bob and I have really enjoyed watching them enjoy these events.
