Weekend Fun

Bob has been working on our house this week and he has a cute little group of spectators.

Our annual church picnic took place this weekend. I only took a few pictures, but we had a wonderful time. 

After the picnic, we set up our "red-neck" kiddie pool. It was a big hit, surprisingly, as neither enjoy the gopher sprinkler I bought them. Silly kids. 

Bellie even was kind enough to give her brother a ride in her wagon...

..and even shared her hat and sunglasses. 

She wasn't too pleased that Bobby didn't want to wear her hat, so she made sure he did anyway. 

This Week in Pictures

I had my 28 week ultrasound to check the position of the baby's placenta. Unfortunately, the doctor says its worse than it was and will need to be rechecked in mid-July. The technician was able to catch some great 4-D pictures, though! Can't wait to find out if this little one is a boy or girl! We let my mom find out!

Our family loves our country road! We've been going for walks, runs, and bike rides!

Little Buddy needed a prop to make sleeping more comfortable. 

To celebrate the fact that I passed my 1 hour gestational diabetes test with flying colors (1st time!) we stopped for donuts at the Cops and Donuts shop in Clare. I may have eaten way too much sugar that day!

Bobby enjoyed the sandbox from a distance. At first he didn't like the sand on his feet and would lift them up to Aunt Becky so she could wipe off the sand. He did eventually get over that.

Treats and Naps

We have started to work on potty training this girl. She gets a marshmallow treat every time she goes. This makes her happy! 

Today she vacuumed the floors after lunch. She and the vacuum got quite a workout apparently ....

....... because they needed a nap when they were finished!

Speaking of naps, both babies took a 3 hour nap today! 

The 3 hour nap must've been great because they both woke up happy!! This NEVER happens!

Fish

My dad brought over his fish tank for the kids to have on Saturday. They loved watching him put it together and seeing all the fish inside.

He taught Bellie how to feed the fish. 

I figured the perfect place for the fish tank was between their high chairs so they can look at them. I'd been doing a good job in remembering to move the high chairs out a little when they eat.....until this morning. 

Looks like Bellie was able to reach the tank and share her cereal. Oops! They loved it, too. They chased the net as I was trying to get it all out of there.
