We, as a family, believe one of the greatest foods God has ever given us is pizza. We love us some pizza! I'm pleased to know that our love for pizza has certainly been passed on to our children. If a pizza commercial comes on tv, Bellie starts asking for "peepa". Love her! This is great news because I now have extra help in
begging for requesting pizza for dinner. Her dad certainly can't turn her down, right?!

Bob found a great recipe for homemade pizza dough. It comes from Alton Brown, host of Food Network's "Good Eats" show. This recipe makes enough for 2 large pizzas or 4 calzones. We use our bread machine and it does all the hard work for us when it comes to making the dough.
4 T Sugar
1 T Kosher Salt
2 T Olive Oil
1 1/2 C Warm Water
4 C Bread Flour (or any other type)
1 T Instant Yeast
After about 15 minutes in the bread machine, it's ready to use. You can either use it right away, or let it rest after you divide it in portions.
Making pizza is always fun with my little
dough taster helper!
Sneaky girl got some cheese from the counter and was snacking away!
Now as fun as making pizza was, the one thing I hate about this process is transferring it to the pizza stone. Unfortunately one of the pizzas ended up being a really big calzone instead! Either way, they were still delicious, especially with banana peppers on them! (Pregnancy craving!)
